Options and Accessories

When you order options or accessories, they both allow you to personalize your machine to your specifications. Options are factory-installed features and you will find them built in to your machine when it arrives. Accessories are supplied separately and have to be mounted during or after the installation.

Options

Brush monitor

A system that monitors the brush liquid level and gives the operator a warning (brush icon starts blinking) when the container is almost empty.

This item is not available for a HA180, optional for HA480 and standard for a HA680.

Can positioning light HA

The can positioning light shows the operator were the middle of the can shelf is, in order to place a can straight underneath the dispensing point of the machine.

If you are purchasing a new Harbil Series dispenser, you can order the CPL as an optional accessory. You can retrofit your current generation Harbil design by ordering a retrofit kit.

Harbil Automation

Heating set

Integrated heating device that can be placed on the inside of a dispenser, to heaten up the temperature in order to keep your colorants in good condition.

Punch 46 mm

The integrated punching system, in order to punch a hole of 46 mm into the lid of the can after which a dispense can start.

Sample dispensing

This option contains a sophisticated wet & dry brush system to keep the nozzle in optimal condition, key for dispensing very small amounts.
For reasonable speed (up to 0,5L/m) and accuracy, we offer the 55 ml ZeroPurge piston pump with a minimum dispense of 0.025 ml*.

A special storage tray for caps to close the lids after punching and dispensing.

Can table adapter with rollers

Extends your roller conveyor onto the can table of the dispenser.

Large can table plate

Enlarged can table of 408 mm depth x 436 mm width (standard 310 x 436 mm) for bigger and/or square cans.

Loading ramp

Monitor keyboard arm

A bracket that can be mounted on both sides of the dispenser. The bracket can support different kind of pheriphiral equipment like a monitor, mouse, keyboard and a compact printer.

Monitor keyboard arm XL

A bracket that can be mounted on both sides of the dispenser. The bracket can support different kinds of peripheral equipment like a monitor, mouse, keyboard and a compact printer. This is an enlarged bracket for higher printers of 80 instead of 60 mm.

Roller conveyor

Ergonomic solution for heavy cans. Position the roller conveyer in line with the can table to load or unload cans.

Satellite overhang stand

The side table used to set up over a shaker offering space for a monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer and other peripherals.

Stand alone punch 46mm or 48mm

An external punching system in order to punch a hole into the lid of the can to be able to dispense through the punched hole. The stand alone punch is available in 2 different punch knife sizes of 46 or 48 mm.

Touchscreen arm

To mount a touchscreen on the dispenser.

Ventilation interface adapter

The adaptor allows you to connect all Harbil and X-PROTINT dispensers produced as from mid-2020 to an external air extraction system.

It can be fit into the ‘push-out hole’ of the machine’s rear panel.
